UNIMOT HAS PURCHASED 100% OF SHARES OF ENERGOGAS

UNIMOT, the company specializing in liqud and gas fuels trade, has purchased 100% of shares of EnergoGas Sp. z o.o.

EnergoGas has existed on Polish market since 1995. The subject of its activity is, among others, electricity and natural gas trade. The Company possesses concessions for electricity trade, gas fuels trade and liquid fuels trade – valid until 31 December 2031.

– We believe that taking over EnergoGas Sp. z o.o. will be another important step on the development path of our partnership as a multienergy subject. We hope that acquisition of the company that possesses a concession for electricity trade will allow us to rapidly enter the electricity market and start another sector of activity within the UNIMOT Group – said Robert Brzozowski, the President of UNIMOT S.A.

– Sale of possessed shares of EnergoGas Sp. z o.o. and resignation from the position of the President of the Management Board is a part of the disinvestment of the possessed assets and suspending my business functions in order to concentrate on public activity, connected with performing the obligations of the Member of the Polish Parliament.
