Mr Adam Sikorski spoke about leadership in business

The President of the Supervisory Board of UNIMOT S.A. – Mr Adam Sikorski was a lecturer at the conference called “Success – the art and knowledge of building relationships at work, in business and at home”. The conference took place on 10 March in the assembly hall of the Management Faculty of Czestochowa University of Technology.

The conference was directed mainly at entrepreneurs, managers and members of management bodies, but also at students and all people interested in the subject of personal development. Mr Adam Sikorski, an experienced business manager and licensed coach of the John Maxwell Team, presented the issue of leadership. On the basis of his own experience he explained the most important elements of the rich John Maxwell programme and stressed the necessity of constant development in the scope of business communication. Involvement in the professional development was the topic of the speech of Mr Dariusz Sikorski – an expert in the motivation domain.

A special guest of the meeting was the world famous expert in the communication domain – dr Robert A. Rohm. The American speaker conducted inspiring workshops on human relationships and styles of behaviour. He taught how to understand models of human behaviours and on this basis shape good relationships in professional and private life. Each participant of the meeting had a chance to recognize their own model of behaviour and learn how to use their potential.

The UNIMOT Company was a main sponsor of the event and the President of Czestochowa Mr Krzysztof Matyjaszczyk was an honorary patron of it. The Company was awarded a distinction for the contribution and involvement in organizing the event. The organizers of the conference were Regional Development Agency in Czestochowa and the Management Faculty of Czestochowa University of Technology.
