UNIMOT S.A. will pay a record dividend

The General Meeting of Shareholders of UNIMOT S.A., a dynamically developing multiutility company, has made a decision to allocate PLN 3,97 million from the profit obtained in 2015 to be paid as a dividend. This means that PLN 0,68 will be paid per one share. This decision complies with the recommendation of the Management Board.

„2015 was a record year for UNIMOT, both in relation to profits as well as incomes. We are happy that we can pay the highest in our history dividend to our shareholders” – says Mr Robert Brzozowski, the President of UNIMOT S.A. „We are a company that pays dividends regularly. According to our policy we want to allocate for dividends 30% of the net profit for the given financial year” – reminds Mr Brzozowski.

In 2015 UNIMOT S.A. made a net profit of PLN 13,1 million. The remaining part of the profit will be allocated for the initial capital. UNIMOT paid PLN 0,24 of dividend per one share from the profit for the year 2014.

The day of establishing the right to the dividend will be 15 June, and the pay day 30 June 2016.
