Finalisation and settlement of the transaction to acquire shares in Olavion sp. z o.o.
The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A., with its registered office in Zawadzkie (the “Issuer”), hereby announces that on 25 April 2025, it concluded agreements with seven members of the management staff of the Issuer’s subsidiary, Olavion sp. z o.o. (“Olavion”, the ‘Management Staff’) pursuant to which the Issuer acquired 10 per cent of shares in Olavion (the ‘Sale Agreement’). The Issuer announced the terms of the above transaction in the Current Report No. 47/2022 of 14 November 2022. Following the conclusion of the Sale Agreement, the Issuer holds 100% of the shares in Olavion.
