Sustainable development and the positive impact it brings are very important to us. Not only because our team members, partners, customers and the communities in which we operate expect this of us, but because it lies at the heart of who we are – and have always been – as a company.

Adam Sikorski CEO, UNIMOT S.A.

People are at the heart of everything we do – from our employees, to those we work with, to the consumers of our products and the neighbours of our business sites. We constantly strive to improve our practices to ensure respect for human rights and labour rights.

We are aware of the ongoing changes in the climate and their effects at both global and local levels, as well as the exceptionally important role of the fuel and energy sector in the transition to a low-carbon economy, and, in the long term, one that is climate-neutral and resilient to climate change.

Our approach to responsibility

We operate for the benefit of all our stakeholders, guided by values we have defined together. We have identified six key areas of responsible business practice. In each of these, we have set out our commitments.

Human rights

We attach particular importance to human rights and respect all internationally recognised rights, freedoms, privileges and standards of treatment, the foundation of which is the inherent dignity of every human being.

Diversity, equality and inclusion

We recognise, accept and value the diversity of our employees, business partners and customers by creating an open and safe environment across our entire business community.

Dialogue

We believe that business can play an active role in addressing global and local challenges. We invite our stakeholders to engage in constructive dialogue and, together with them, identify the most important issues.
