The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. (the ‘Issuer’) with its registered office in Zawadzkie hereby announces the schedule for the publication of interim reports in 2026.
Interim reports will be published on the following dates:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports together with quarterly financial information:
Report for the first quarter of 2026 – 26 May 2026
Report for the third quarter of 2026 – 18 November 2026.
2. Consolidated semi-annual report together with semi-annual condensed financial statements:
Report for the first half of 2026 – 16 September 2026.
3. Standalone and consolidated annual report:
Report for 2025 – 22 April 2026.
The Issuer hereby announces that pursuant to § 83(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent (the ‘Regulation’), it is not required to publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2026.
Simultaneously, the Issuer, being the parent entity, informs that pursuant to § 63 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate quarterly condensed standalone financial statements or separate semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements. The Issuer will publish consolidated interim reports (quarterly and semi-annual) containing the relevant condensed standalone financial statements.
Any changes to the publication dates of interim reports will be announced in a current report.
