announces that it has received notifications of transactions involving the Issuer’s shares, sent pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, from persons discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. from:
1. Mr Filip Kuropatwa, Vice-President of the Issuer's Management Board, who notified of the disposal of 30,000 shares of the Company,
2. Mr Robert Brzozowski, Vice-President of the Issuer's Management Board, who notified of the disposal of 50,000 shares of the Company.
The content of the notifications is included in the attachments to the current report.
Simultaneously, the Issuer announces that it has received declarations from Mr Filip Kuropatwa and Mr Robert Brzozowski stating that their disposal of shares in Unimot S.A. was a one-off transaction and concerned part of their holdings in the Issuer.
These shares were acquired using own funds and as part of an incentive programme – in the case of Mr Filip Kuropatwa in 2019–2023, and in the case of Mr Robert Brzozowski in 2014–2023.
According to the declarations, the transactions carried out by the above-mentioned persons were dictated solely for personal reasons and were not related to, nor should they be linked to, the financial situation or development prospects of the Issuer's Group.
In addition, they declared that they remain long-term shareholders of the Issuer.
