UNIMOT is an independent importer of liquid and gas fuels whose offer includes: diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas (E, LNG, CNG), bio-fuels (Bio), electricity, bitumen products, as well as aviation and marine fuels. It leases an LPG terminal in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, to import diesel fuel using the largest tankers arriving in Europe from sources other than Russia. The fuel and energy offer of the Group comprises both wholesale of fuels for business customers as well as retail sales of propane-butane, natural gas and electricity. UNIMOT S.A. is a parent entity in the UNIMOT Capital Group and it relies on relations and over 30 years of experience of UNIMOT Express – a specialist in international trade of petrochemical products.

UNIMOT was established in 1992, and since 2011 it has been operating as a joint-stock company – UNIMOT S.A. A year later, the company debuted on the NewConnect market, and since 2017 it has been listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. A distinguishing feature of the company is its dynamic development, incessant extension of its offer and implementation of ambitious business goals, which allow it to exploit intensively new possibilities that arise in the fuel industry. In 2013 the company launched its natural gas project, its nature being multidirectional sale of gas fuel, and in 2014 it commenced wholesale of diesel. Since 2017, UNIMOT S.A. has been developing a chain of petrol stations in Poland under the AVIA brand based on master franchising contracts. In 2019 the company also started trading bitumen and engine oils.

UNIMOT has over 30 years of experience within the fuel market, specialising in the wholesale of diesel oil and distribution of other liquid fuels, both in Poland and abroad. The company is also developing the photovoltaic segment, e.g. under the AVIA Solar brand, and invests in other RES sectors. In April 2023, UNIMOT Group finalized the acquisition of the assets of Lotos Terminale, including 9 fuel terminals and two asphalt production plants. This way, UNIMOT fulfils the function of the Independent Logistics Operator, being the third player on the fuel storage market, and also takes the second place on the asphalt production market in Poland.
