(the“Subsidiary”) entered into a set of agreements with the gas transmission system operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. (the “Operator”, “GAZ-SYSTEM”) granting it the right to 12 (twelve) regasification slots (regasification is the process of converting liquefied natural gas (LNG) back into a gaseous state through controlled heating) in each year, calculated as a calendar year, for a period of 15 (fifteen) years, commencing in 2030 (the “Agreements”).
