Current Report No. 16/2026 18:27
The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. (the “Issuer”), with its registered office in Zawadzkie, hereby announces that, with the support of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, it has decided to commence a process of reviewing and updating the strategic options for the UNIMOT Group, as set out in the UNIMOT Group Strategy for 2024–2028, announced in Current Report No. 9/2024 of 24 April 2024.
As part of this process, the Issuer’s Management Board will assess the UNIMOT Group’s development directions and the possibilities for further shaping its business model and asset structure. In particular, the analysis will cover opportunities for organic growth, the implementation of new investments and acquisitions, potential divestments, and the optimisation of capital allocation across the UNIMOT Group’s individual business segments. The aim of the process is to identify solutions which, in the Management Board’s view, will best support the growth in the value of the UNIMOT Group for shareholders.
A possible change in the UNIMOT Group’s strategic direction may, in the future, necessitate aligning the skills and experience of those responsible for implementing the adopted development strategies. Depending on the outcome of the ongoing process and the strategic decisions adopted, changes to the composition of the Issuer’s Management Board, consistent with the UNIMOT Group’s future needs, cannot be ruled out.
At this stage, the process is analytical in nature, and no decisions have been made regarding the implementation of specific investments, acquisitions, or divestments, nor regarding changes to the composition of the Issuer’s Management Board. The Issuer will provide information on any decisions taken in this regard in separate current reports, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
