UNIMOT Group awarded in The Best Annual Report 2024 competition

17.10.2025

UNIMOT Group, Poland’s largest independent multi-energy group, has been recognized for high reporting standards in The Best Annual Report 2024 competition, organized by the Institute of Accounting and Taxation. The company won 3rd place in the corporate category and received a distinction for its statement on the application of corporate governance. The gala of the 20th edition of the competition took place on October 16, 2025, in the Trading Hall of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The award was received on behalf of the entire UNIMOT team by Michał Hojowski, Vice President of the Management Board for Energy Transition.

The aim of The Best Annual Report competition is to promote annual reports with the highest utility for shareholders and investors. The initiative is non-commercial and supports the development of best practices in financial and non-financial reporting, contributing to increased transparency and safety in Poland’s capital market. The judging panel includes representatives of auditing and consulting firms, financial institutions, organizations connected to the capital market, and the media.

“This is a great honor for us and a confirmation of the highest quality of our reporting. Transparency, reliability, and a comprehensive approach to presenting results and activities are aspects we have emphasized for years. This award is particularly meaningful because in the year we were first required to comply with ESRS standards, we prepared a report in accordance with these requirements and integrated the sustainability area into the consolidated report,” says Michał Hojowski, Vice President of the Management Board for Energy Transition at UNIMOT S.A.

Awards are given to the best annual reports prepared by companies from both the regulated and alternative markets, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or the Accounting Act.

The distinction confirms UNIMOT’s commitment to maintaining the highest reporting standards and compliance with legal requirements, as well as good practices in communication with the capital market.
