Unimot Gaz announces approval by the Board of Directors its dividend policy. According to the accepted principles of dividend policy, in the case of achieving net profit within the business year, the Board will recommend to the Company’s General Meeting to pay out the yearly dividend of payout ratio of 30% of that profit.
