UNIMOT GAZ SA increased the guarantee deposit which secures payment of the tax on goods and services. At present, Company has a maximum level of security, which is 3 million zł.
At the beginning of January UNIMOT GAZ SA paid a guarantee deposit in the amount of 400 thousand PLN. Due to the rapid increase in turnover, in June our Company increased the amount of the guarantee deposit to maximum amount of 3 mln PLN. Raising rates are consistent with applicable laws and place the Company among entities with maximum protection. The highest guarantee deposit also confirmed the reliability of GAZ SA UNIMOT as a trustworthy business partner.
The guarantee deposit carry out a protective function. Thanks to it the buyer of sensitive goods from Unimot Gaz SA may be excluded from joint and several liability for unpaid VAT by the supplier. This solution prevents: abuses and tax fraud on goods and services in turnover of certain goods.
