THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF UNIMOT GAZ CALLS AN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND RECOMMENDS TO PAY OUT THE DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of UNIMOT GAZ S.A. announced to call an Annual General Meeting of the Company on June 27. One of the resolutions of the AGM will be a proposal to allot part of the profit to pay out the dividend for 2012.
