STATEMENT

29.07.2025

In reference to information appearing in the media regarding plans by UNIMOT to invest approximately EUR 60 million in a fuel terminal in Ukraine, we hereby clarify that:

  1. No corporate or business decisions have been made regarding this project, nor is UNIMOT in any process of obtaining approvals or permits.

  2. UNIMOT owns land in western Ukraine and is analysing its optimal use, considering various scenarios, none of which are a priority. As part of one of these scenarios, a non-binding market research process has been initiated to verify the potential of this plot for the construction of a fuel depot (i.e. to assess the interest of potential customers and business partners). The land may also be used for other activities or sold if there is no economic justification for its use.

  3. Due to the fact that many scenarios are being considered, UNIMOT is not in a position to estimate the potential value of the investment under this project at this stage.
