The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. (the ‘Issuer’) with its registered office in Zawadzkie, hereby announces the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2025.
Periodic reports will be published on the following dates:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports together with quarterly financial information:
Report for the first quarter of 2025 – 29 May 2025
Report for the third quarter of 2025 – 18 November 2025
2. Consolidated half-yearly report together with half-yearly condensed financial statements:
Report for the first half of 2025 – 9 September 2025.
3. Standalone and consolidated annual report:
Report for 2024 – 16 April 2025.
The Issuer hereby announces that pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent (the ‘Regulation’), it is not required to publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2024 and the second quarter of 2025.
Simultaneously, the Issuer, being the parent entity, informs that, pursuant to § 62, sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate quarterly or semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements. The Issuer will publish consolidated periodic reports (quarterly and half-yearly) containing the relevant condensed standalone financial statements.
Any changes to the publication dates of periodic reports will be announced in a current report.

§ Paragraph 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-Member State as equivalent.
