The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. with its registered office in Zawadzkie (the ‘Issuer’) hereby announces that, following an analysis of the financial situation of the UNIMOT Group, in accordance with the Issuer's dividend policy, on 15 April 2025, it decided to recommend to the Issuer's Ordinary General Meeting (the ‘OGM’) the payment of a dividend of PLN 6 per share.
Furthermore, at its meeting on 15 April 2025, the Issuer's Supervisory Board approved the motion of the Issuer's Management Board in this matter.
Final decisions regarding the payment of the dividend, as well as the determination of the dividend date and payment date, will be made by the OGM.
