Unimot with the title of “Climate Conscious Company”

The Unimot Group is among the companies awarded the title of “Climate Conscious Company 2023”. The distinction is awarded on the basis of the Corporate Climate Crisis Awareness Study, which is a joined project by the Reporting Standards Foundation, the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers, and Bureau Veritas.

The aim of the project is the cyclical examination, based on which the awareness of companies regarding their impact on climate change is assessed. The research data is derived from the annual reports of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The companies are assigned to macro-sectors and indices according to the state as of the study’s completion date in a given year.

The study is based on the content analysis of annual reports in terms of 10 detailed criteria, with each criterion being assessed on a scale from 0 to 1 point. The maximum score in the study is 10 points. The analysis covered reports of companies that provided statements or reports on non-financial information in 2022. The title of “Climate Conscious Companies 2023” was awarded to 38 firms that scored at least 7 points in the study.
