The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. (the “Issuer”), with its registered office in Zawadzkie, announces the schedule for the publication of interim reports in 2022.
Interim reports will be made public on the following dates:
The Issuer announces that, pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), it will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2021 and for the second quarter of 2022.
At the same time, the Issuer, which is the parent entity, announces that, pursuant to § 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation, it will not be publishing separate quarterly condensed standalone financial statements and separate half-yearly condensed standalone financial statements. The Issuer will publish consolidated interim reports (quarterly and half-yearly) containing the corresponding condensed standalone financial statements.
Any changes to the dates of publication of interim reports will be communicated to the public in the form of a current report.
