Revenues on sales in December 2021 – preliminary data

The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. (the “Issuer”), with its registered office in Zawadzkie, announces information on preliminary net sales revenues (the “revenues”) achieved in December 2021.

According to preliminary data, the Issuer achieved in December 2021, on a stand-alone basis, revenues of PLN 880,731 thousand. The revenue achieved in December 2021 is approximately 105 % higher than the revenue achieved in the same period of the previous year (December 2020: PLN 429 171 thousand).

The increase in revenue has been primarily driven by an increase in commodity prices and higher sales volumes of fuels, bio-fuels and LPG, as well as the realisation of natural gas sales contracts. The increase in revenue cleared by changes in the average commodity sales price was 17% year-on-year.

As communicated in current report No. 4/2018, despite the discontinuation of the permanent publication of monthly revenues, the Management Board continuously analyses these figures with respect to confidentiality.

For several months, the Issuer’s revenues have been significantly affected by a very large increase in the prices of the goods traded by the Issuer. In view of the above, the Issuer’s Management Board announces that, starting from the following month, it will consider the information on the level of revenues for a given month to be material, and will communicate it to the market in a current report, in the event that the level of revenues cleared by changes in the average selling price of goods differs significantly from the level of revenues in the corresponding period of the previous year.
