A new member of the UNIMOT supervisory board

UNIMOT company has acquired a renowned expert in the petrochemical industry in its Supervisory Board. The General Meeting of the Shareholders has appointed to the Supervisory Board Mr Adil A. Al.-Tubayyeb.

The Supervisory Board of UNIMOT S.A. can proudly announce the presence of a top-class specialist from the petrochemical industry. The General Meeting of the Shareholders, which took place on 20thJune of the present year, appointed Mr Adil A. Al.-Tubayyeb, the citizen of Saudi Arabia to be a member of the Supervisory Board.

– We are proud that such a renowned expert has joined the Supervisory Board of UNIMOT – comments Mr Adam Sikorski, the President of the Supervisory Board of UNIMOT S.A. – Mr Adil Al.-Tubayyeb is an international consultant of the petrochemical market, his engagement into the works of the Company’s Supervisory Board will be of great value. We hope that that his support in the scope of UNIMOT’s development on the fuel market. especially in cooperation with foreign partners.

Since 1982 Mr Adil Al.-Tubayyeb was connected with Saudi Aramco – the Saudi fuel and chemical concerns, of the highest in the world daily oil production. In the years 1991-94 he headed the branch of Saudi Petroleum Limited in Tokyo, and after his return he became the director of the company’s department for coordinating international joint venture projects. Then, in the years 2000-03 Mr Adil Al.-Tubayyeb was the President of Saudi Petroleum International Inc in New York, and in 2007 he took the post of Vice-President of marketing and supply planning. In 2008 he became the Vice-President of RTIRP  – a new project, which was created after the merger of Joint Venture Development & Coordination with Marketing & Supply Planning Organization. This joint venture is one of the most ambitious projects in the history of petrochemical industry, the aim of which is to increase the refinery resources through improving products of low refinery value.
