UNIMOT S.A officially began preparations to enter the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Company’s Management Board signed relevant agreements with coordinating institutions.

At the end of July, Unimot S. A, started its preparations to enter  the WSE Main Market. Dom Maklerski BOŚ is coordinator in this process and is responsible of New Issue Shares public offering procedures, preparation of the following parts of the prospectus and  initiating the procedure of shares assimilation and introduction to  the stock exchange trading . They will  also play an important role as an Issuance Agent. Our second partner , allStreet Sp.Z.o.o is responsible for  preparation of  documents required, stock emission and  introduction to public trading on the regulated market of the WSE.

– Just after debut in 2012 at the NewConnect alternative trading system, entering the regulated market by the Compan, it’s our prior activity – comments Przemyslaw Podgorski CEO of  Unimot S.A.- Since then the company expanded its activities to other sectors , dynamically increased revenues and profit, expanded company’s assets and created Unimot Capital Group . When our company had a debut at the NewConnect Market, we were leader among  liquid gas distributors in southern Poland. Currently UNIMOT SA is a strong, independent importer of fuels, with its own infrastructure for the distribution of natural gas and extended throughout the country fuel distribution network. The purpose of the new shares emission and transfer of shares to the Main Market  is to raise founds for the Unimot Group operations.

The process of locating the assets of the Company on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange must precede by valuation of goodwill.

We have decided to cooperate with Dom Maklerski BOŚ S.A, Company  AllStreet Sp. z. o. o  and legal office “Kancelaria CWS Wieckowska i Partnerzy Radcy Prawni”, who for three years  is  Authorized Adviser of the Company – added Przemysław Podgórski. – We hope that the participation and involvement of so experienced and reputable partners will secure a smooth transition of UNIMOT SA to the regulated market, thereby strengthening the Company’s position in the industry.
