UNIMOT Klub+ the loyalty programme for shareholders of UNIMOT S.A. is starting

A member of the UNIMOT Klub+ can become every person who holds at least 100 shares by at least 6 months. The company offers a range of attractive benefits for the Club members.

– I am extremely pleased that I can announce the launch of our loyalty programme. Through UNIMOT Klub+ we want to thank our loyal investors and appreciate for being our shareholders for a long time. I hope that the programme will be positively welcomed and our shareholders will be eager to join it. I can already assure that the present form of UNIMOT Klub+ is a basis for its further development – we are not going to rest on our laurels in this area – says Mr Adam Sikorski, President of the Management Board of UNIMOT S.A.

Three levels of membership function within the UNIMOT Klub+ and they are: RED+, SILVER+ and VIP+. To join the Club and obtain the level RED+ one needs to hold at least 100 shares for at least 6 months, level SILVER+ – at least 500 shares for at least 12 months, and level VIP+ – at least 2000 shares for at least 24 months. Registration to the UNIMOT Klub+ can be done anytime, and the verification and admission to the Club takes place once a month. Having been verified positively a shareholder automatically obtains the status of the Club Member for another 6 months.

Members of the Club are granted access to a wide range of benefits depending in the level of membership. – The benefits include, among others a discount for the installation of AVIA Solar photovoltaic panels, discounts for subscription of partner stock exchange media (StockWatch.pl, Strefa Inwestorów, Parkiet), discounts for conferences and training or insurance protection. To use the benefits they need to be activated in the dedicated application – says Joanna Siedlaczek, Director of Investor Relations.

The Main Partner of UNIMOT Klub+ is the Association of Individual Investors. – Members of the Club can enjoy a lower member contribution in SII, and at the level of SILVER+ and VIP+ the contribution is entirely cancelled. Moreover, Members can participate in WallStreet Conference on very preferential conditions – adds Joanna Siedlaczek.

At UNIMOT Klub+ the company currently collaborates with 3 investment companies: Biuro Maklerskie Alior Banku, Dom Maklerski BOŚ, Santander Biuro Maklerskie. – Customers of these brokerage houses and offices in a simple way can join our Club filling in through them a short form. As we wanted to make the access to the Club available also to other shareholders – we have prepared for them an alternative way of application – explains Joanna Siedlaczek. UNIMOT expects that the group of partner investment firms will expand in the future. – We are conducting talks with several additional entities and I hope that soon we will be able to communicate other names. Our intention is to acquire a possibly wide range of cooperating brokerage houses and offices, we know that the registration through our Partners is simpler and more convenient for investors, and this is what we care about most – announces Mr Adam Sikorski.
