UNIMOT GAZ SIGNED AN IMPORTANT AGREEMENT

The UNIMOT GAZ S.A. Management Board has signed an important agreement on cooperation in the field of purchasing biofuels. Thanks to that the Company acquired steady access to these products.

The cooperation agreement was concluded with one of the biggest Polish fuel manufacturers. It determines, among others, the terms of liquid biofuels purchasing by the Company. Both parties also set up monthly purchasing volumes for UNIMOT GAZ S.A. and the price calculating method, based on the market price.

„ The agreement recently signed with one of the biggest manufacturers of biofuels in Poland has great importance for the Company” , commented a Member of the UNIMOT GAZ S.A. Management Board, Przemysław Podgórski. ” It ensures us a stable, reliable source of biofuel purchasing and positively influences diversification of Company’s income sources”, he added.

The agreement is in effect from January 1, 2014 till December 31, 2014.

Let’s remind, that the product range of UNIMOT GAZ S.A. includes biofuel, sustainable fuel, produced from plant oils. The product is suitable for any diesel engine vehicle and can be used as a fuel in its pure form or as a biocomponent of diesel oil. This fuel undergoes biodegradation twice faster than oil crude-derived diesel oil and is completely safe to handle and transport.
