A FURTHER STEP OF UNIMOT TOWARDS THE WARSAW STOCK EXCHANGE

In accordance with the announcements of new emission of shares and the change of the shares quotation market, the Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. has received a power of proxy to take proper steps in this respect.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, which took place at the end of September, authorized the Management of UNIMOT S.A. to take all steps connected with the increase in the Company’s capital performed by issuance of shares, without pre-emptive rights for the previous shareholders. The General Meeting also granted the authorization for actions connected with transition of quoting the shares to the regulated market.

Issuance of new shares will enable the Company to acquire additional financial resources to continue its development – comments the President of UNIMOT S.A., Przemysław Podgórski – As a Company from the fuel and energy sector, we want to extend the scope of our distribution, and invest into the solutions which will strengthen the position of our Company in this industry. The transition to the regulated market of Warsaw Stock Exchange will also increase the prestige of the Company.

During the General Meeting a new member of the Supervisory Board of UNIMOT S.A. was appointed – prof. dr. hab. Ryszard Budzik. He is a renowned expert in the scope of valuation of enterprises, the author of numerous restructuring programmes and company development strategies. Prof. Budzik also possesses competencies in the scope of accounting and auditing.

The above mentioned adopted resolutions required also amendments to the Statute of the Company, the uniform content of which was accepted by the General Meeting.
