With reference to Current Report No. 47/2022 of 14 November 2022, The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. with its registered office in Zawadzkie (the “Issuer”) announces that on 9 December 2022, the parties to the negotiations conducted in connection with the Issuer’s intention to acquire 100 per cent of shares in Olavion sp. z o.o. agreed on a new date of exclusivity for their conduct and conclusion, as a result of the negotiations, of a conditional preliminary sales agreement until 14 January 2023.

Until now, the parties assumed that the negotiations could be completed and the agreement referred to above concluded by 9 December 2022.
