Schedule for the submission of interim reports in 2024

The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. (the “Issuer”) with its registered office in Zawadzkie announces the schedule for the publication of interim reports in 2024.

Interim reports will be made public on the following dates:

1. Consolidated quarterly reports with quarterly financial information:

– Q1 2024 report. – 28.05.2024,

– Q3 2024 report – 14.11.2024,

2. Consolidated half-yearly report together with half-yearly condensed financial statements:

– H1 2024 report – 05.09.2024,

3. Annual standalone and consolidated report:

– Report for 2023 – 24.04.2024.

The Issuer announces that, pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), it is not obliged to publish quarterly reports for Q4 2023 and Q2 2024.

At the same time, the Issuer, which is the parent entity, announces that, pursuant to § 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation, it will not publish separate quarterly condensed standalone financial statements and separate half-yearly condensed standalone financial statements. The Issuer will publish consolidated interim reports (quarterly and half-yearly) containing the corresponding condensed standalone financial statements.

Any changes to the dates of publication of interim reports will be communicated to the public in the form of a current report

§ 80(1) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
