Revenues on sales in May 2022 – preliminary data

The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. (the “Issuer”), with its registered office in Zawadzkie, announces information on preliminary net sales revenues (the “revenues”) achieved in May 2022.

According to preliminary data, the Issuer achieved in May 2022, on a stand-alone basis, revenues of PLN 1 171 million. The revenue achieved in May 2022 is 124% higher than the revenue achieved in the corresponding period of the previous year (May 2021: PLN 523 million).

The increase in revenue is mainly driven by an increase in commodity prices and higher sales volumes of fuels, bio-fuels, LPG, bitumen and the business of AVIA petrol stations. The increase in revenue adjusted for changes in the average commodity sales price was 52% year-on-year.

As communicated in the current report 4/2018, despite the discontinuation of the permanent publication of monthly revenues, the Management Board continuously analyses this data for confidentiality.

For several months, the Issuer’s revenues have been significantly affected by a very large increase in the prices of the goods traded by the Issuer. In view of the above, the Issuer’s Management Board informs that it will consider the information on the level of revenues for a given month to be material and communicate it to the market by means of a current report in the event that the level of revenues adjusted for changes in the average selling price of goods significantly deviates from the level of revenues in the corresponding period of the previous year.
