Revenues on sales in June 2022 – preliminary data

The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. (“Issuer”), with its registered office in Zawadzkie, announces information on preliminary net sales revenues (“revenues”) achieved in June 2022.

According to preliminary data, the Issuer achieved, on a stand-alone basis, revenues of PLN 1.195 million in June 2022. The revenue achieved in June 2022 is 105 per cent higher than the revenue achieved in the corresponding period of the previous year (June 2021: PLN 584 million).

The increase in revenue has been primarily driven by an increase in commodity prices and higher sales volumes of fuels, bio-fuels, LPG, natural gas, bitumen and the operation of the AVIA petrol stations. The increase in revenue cleared by changes in the average commodity sales price was 52 per cent year-on-year.

As communicated in the current report No. 4/2018, despite the discontinuation of the permanent publication of monthly revenues, the Management Board continuously analyses this data with regard to confidentiality.

For several months, the Issuer’s revenues have been significantly affected by a very large increase in the prices of the goods traded by the Issuer. In view of the above, the Issuer’s Management Board informs that it will consider the information on the level of revenues for a given month to be material and will communicate it to the market via a current report in the event that the level of revenues cleared by changes in the average selling price of goods differs significantly from the level of revenues in the corresponding period of the previous year.
