Restatement of amendments to the Articles of Association of Unimot S.A.

The Management Board of Unimot S.A., with its registered office in Zawadzkie (the “Company”), announces that on 8 August 2022 it received a decision from the District Court in Opole, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register, on the entry into the Register of Entrepreneurs on 5 August 2022 of the below-described amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association adopted on 29 June 2022 by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 22 of the Annual General Meeting of the Company of 29 June 2022. § 5 of the Articles of Association of the Company was amended to read as follows:

The consolidated text of the Articles of Association was adopted by Resolution No. 23 of the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 29 June 2022 and was made public by Current Report No. 32/2022 on 29 June 2022.
