The Management Board of Unimot S.A. (the “Issuer”), with its registered office in Zawadzkie, announces that it has received a notification on transactions in the Issuer’s shares submitted pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation from the person discharging managerial responsibilities:
The notification relates to the purchase of shares with funds received as a cash bonus for the purchase of shares, under the Company’s bonus scheme for directors.
