Correction of ESPI current report No. 23/2022 due to an obvious mistake

The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. (the “Issuer”), with its registered office in Zawadzkie, hereby corrects the ESPI current report No. 23/2022 of 1 June 2022 with regard to the designation of the date on which the Board became aware of the completion of the investment in Naturalna Energia sp. z o.o. by the Issuer’s subsidiary Unimot Energia i Gaz sp. z o.o.

The Issuer mistakenly stated the date: “XX 2022”.

After correction, the date should read: “1 June 2022”.

The remaining content of report no. 23/2022 remains unchanged.
