The Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. with its registered office in Zawadzkie announces the new deadline for the consolidated half-yearly report together with the half-yearly condensed financial statements for the first half of 2022.
The consolidated half-yearly report together with the half-yearly condensed financial statements for the first half of 2022 will be made public on 31st August 2022. According to the timetable for the publication of interim reports published in current report No. 4/2022 of 20 January 2022, the declared publication date was 24th August 2022.
§ 80(2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29th March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
