UNIMOT makes available for its clients a new system of fuel products electronic ordering called „e-zamówienia”

The new solution makes it possible to place electronic orders to purchase Diesel oil and integrates the ordering system with fuel bases operators. The new application facilitates manages collections of ordered fuels by Clients and is in line with the UNIMOT Group development strategy, which assumes a larger involvement of modern fuel sale technologies.

Thanks to the implementation of the „e-Zamówienia” application and its integration with the fuel bases operators systems, information on ordered products placed by business partners of UNIMOT will be automatically sent to the correct fuel base.  Thanks to this, it will be possible in the „e-Zamówienia” application to notify drivers and vehicles at the fuel base that will be used by the particular base to collect ordered petrochemical product.

A strategic goal of UNIMOT for the next years is further strengthening its position on the fuel market, among others, through implementing modern technologies. Starting the „e-Zamówienia” portal is the next step on our way to improve communication with clients and ensure them a better access to information and save service time. – says Mr Robert Brzozowski, the President of UNIMOT S.A.

The new solution will make it possible to accelerate the ordering process service thanks to electronic data exchange, tracking the status of carrying out the placed order and browsing the history of orders placed by clients.

The new application introduces also a possibility for the client to add many users authorized to use the application within one company, it will also automatically send system messages informing n changes in the status of orders placed by clients. Additionally, the application will provide the UNIMOT partners with access to information on current payment balance and available credit limit as well as other information such as: invoices awaiting payment or confirmation of last made payments
