UNIMOT GAZ WILL BUILD A NETWORK OF GAS STATIONS AND LNG REGASIFICATION STATION

UNIMOT GAZ has made investment in the natural gas market. To build its own gas network, SPV of UNIMOT GAZ SA acquired new entity.

In accordance with the announced strategy of development, the Company UNIMOT GAZ SA begin active work on the natural gas market .To implement the project of gasification of selected areas, which are not supplied with gas, SPV of UNIMOT GAZ SA purchased a new entity. This will enable the Company to develop more rapid implementation of activities related to the construction of their own installations, consisting of a gas network and LNG regasification station.

– The aim of existing activities in the natural gas segment is to supply raw material to public bodies, legal entities and individuals located in one of the municipalities in Podlasie vovoidship – says Przemysław Podgorski, Member of the Board of UNIMOT GAZ SA – An entity, which shares has been acquired by SPV of UNIMOT GAZ SA, is carry signed letters of intent from potential customers. It has also provided funding for the construction of the network and regasification stations. This will allow our Company to reduce the time needed for implementation of the company strategy development in the segment of natural gas and enlarge its business activity market.

We would like to remind, that this year in February UNIMOT GAZ SA signed an agreement with a business partner in relation to the incorporation of the SPV. The activity for SPV of UNIMOT GAZ SA assumes production of liquefied natural gas and creation of natural gas distribution networks in selected areas not supplied with gas.
