President of UNIMOT appointed president of the Lukasiewicz Research Network Institute

Adam Sikorski – President of the Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. has been appointed President of the Board of the Lukasiewicz Research Network Institute – Automotive Industrial Institute.

The responsibilities of the Board include, among others, defining promising directions of research and implementation activity of the Institute, commenting on the Institute’s organisational regulations, annual plans of operation and project of profit distribution. The Board may also express opinions on the issues regarding the operation of the Institute presented by the Director or the bodies of Lukasiewicz Research Network.

Appointing me the position of the President of the Board is a great distinction for me and at the same time encouragement to further intensive work – says Mr Adam Sikorski, President of UNIMOT S.A.. I have cooperated with the Automotive Industrial Institute, which has recently been included into the Lukasiewicz Research Network, for years and we have carried out a number of interesting projects and initiatives. However, receiving an invitation to the debates of the Board of the Institute I did not expect that I would leave them as its President. I am very grateful to the members of the Institute’s Board for such a decision and I promise that I will do my best to make the Institute always develop in the promising directions – adds Mr Adam Sikorski.

Lukasiewicz Research Network – Automotive Industrial Institute (ŁUKASIEWICZ – PIMOT) is a research institute of A category that conducts scientific research and development works in the scope of: motorisation, vehicle improvement, improved security of road traffic, fuels, bio-fuels, and also alternative power sources and electromobility. The Institutes also cooperates with UNIMOT S.A. in the area of testing fuel quality at AVIA stations and laboratory works on fuel additives .
