AVIA strengthens itself in marketing

Agnieszka Bobrukiewicz, who was previously in charge of marketing for the brand of BENZINA petrol stations from the Orlen Group in the Czech Republic has joined the UNIMOT Group and has been appointed Marketing Director.

 

Since October 2019 the duties of Marketing Director in the UNIMOT Group, which is developing the chain of AVIA petrol stations, have been carried out by Agnieszka Bobrukiewicz. The new director will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing and communication strategy of the AVIA brand in Poland and Ukraine as well as supporting the companies within the portfolio of the UNIMOT Group.

One of the challenges to be faced by the team led by Agnieszka Bobrukiewicz is building the awareness of the AVIA brand, supporting the development of the concept of shops in AVIA stations, including the coffee corner, catering offer and own-brand products. The experience of the new director will also be used to increase additional incomes from the franchise chain of AVIA stations both in the Polish and Ukrainian market.

Agnieszka Bobrukiewicz possesses experience of over 12 years in retail marketing, including  over 7 years in the fuel industry on the Czech market, where on behalf of the Orlen Group she was developing the BENZINA brand, which is the biggest chain of petrol stations in the Czech Republic. Her commitment of many years into the development of the BENZINA brand was awarded numerous prizes, including the “Project of the year 2017 in the Orlen Group”.

Agnieszka Bobrukiewicz apart from her professional involvement voluntarily participates in the mentoring acceleration programme: „Business in female hands”, where she shares her experiences with other women and supports them in setting up their own business activity.
